Valentine Treat

A little valentine’s day treat that doesn’t break the calorie bank:


Melt down a little chocolate – a strong, dark chocolate so you don’t need much.  Half dip fresh strawberries into the mix and pop in the fridge or freezer to set. 

Enjoy with a tall icy glass of gin and tonic with added chopped strawberries for flavour – a single gin measure with slimline tonic comes in at less than 60 calories
