Surgery is booked, Now what?
So you've booked your operation, and no doubt counting down the sleeps till your planned date!
Now is a good time to get yourself ready both mentally and physically for your surgery.
There is plenty of free information available on BandBoozled from our Specialist Health Professionals to make sure you have all the knowledge and support you need regarding your surgery and recovery.
You should always seek specific pre op information from your provider (as this can vary from one provider to another) But if you would like to have more of an insight into what it is like to live with a Gastric Band - the Cafe (online forum) within the members section is were you can catch up and chat to other Band patients. Sue & Nic will be on hand to help you get the most from your band too.
