Ginger and lamb

Serves: 2

  • 4 tbsp cooked rice

  • 2 lamb steaks

  • Freshly squeezed juice of 1 Orange

  • 1 crushed Garlic Clove

  • 4 tsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Ginger

  • 8 Spring Onions

  • Spray Oi


  1. Put the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and orange juice in a bowl and mix.
  2. Pour over the lamb steaks and marinade for half an hour
  3. Spray oil over griddle pan, add the lamb steaks and onions and grill on both sides until cooked to your liking
  4. Serve on a bed of cooked rice (Add a side Salad if desired)
