Therapy For Your Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

I am the new therapist for BandBoozled and have a wealth of information, tips and support to offer you. I’ll be writing articles and sharing information on the site about therapy and how it can help. See the sections on ‘Unhelpful Thinking’, ‘Motivation’ and ‘Being Kinder to Yourself’. And look out for my articles on ‘Emotional Eating’ and ‘Changing Habits’ (coming soon)….


I also offer personal support online, over the ‘phone or face-to-face.


I can provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling or Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) as follows:



50 minute therapy session - £70



Face-to-face (if you live in the Cheshire area – I’m based in Middlewich).


In-depth therapy aimed at helping you to address your problems and make changes. This is a 2-way collaborative process and will involve putting new skills into practice between sessions (CBT and CFT).



30 minute session - £45




These sessions are based on the same principles as CBT but are more generalised, involve reading materials and less intensive support. They are a good starting point if you are new to therapy or are fairly self-motivated.



10 minute exchanges - £15





Booked via text or email, I guarantee that I will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that this support will not be available to book during holidays and Bank Holidays.


These exchanges are designed to help you stay on track, keep you motivated, ask important questions about your therapy or seek support between therapy sessions. Really helpful when your mood, motivation or will-power are flagging!




Changing entrenched behaviours and long-held beliefs can be challenging and will require practice and support. Therapy is therefore not designed for one-off sessions, and it is recommended that to get the most out of therapy you have regular appointments for 6-20 weeks. With my help you can significantly improve your wellbeing in this time-frame.


That said, you can book as few or as many sessions as you want or need. I will always offer honest advice and reviews to ensure that you are not in therapy for any longer than you need to be. Everyone is unique and sometimes 1 or 2 sessions can make a difference.




Investing in yourself involves time and money. However, therapy can offer lasting changes and life-long tools to help you to manage and maintain those changes. If you compare this investment to your life-long hair, nails, gym or ‘going out’ bill, it might put some perspective on the cost.


To make your investment a little easier, and to help you to make a commitment to yourself, I can offer you the following reductions for block bookings:


10 X 50 minute therapy sessions of your choice with a 15% reduction, making it £595 – saving over £100!!


8 X 30 minute guided self-help sessions of your choice with a 10% reduction, reducing the cost to £324!


Assessment is crucial to tailoring the appropriate therapy and number of sessions to you. Assessments are charged at £70 for 50 minutes, and will often mean that you can begin therapy immediately! There is no obligation to book a second appointment if you do not wish to.
