So had a little experimental soup sesh today. Mooching in the cupboards I found a couple of packets of the sauce for meatball mix that you get in Ikea - so to one of them I added couple of bags of carrots, veggie stock, sprinkle of dried flaked chilli's and a tin of kidney beans and boiled up - a quick blitz later and a spicy carrot soup with a twist was born. So so nice 😋 xx
