Awww hopefully soon will settle down for you. Just be super careful and on the ball with your 20+ rule during meal times. If not getting much in, do smaller portions more often if this works best. Try some actimel yoghurt drinks, good for gut bacteria and may be helpful.
If things worsen do let your provider know or even a call with your gp to see if they can recommend anything addition, medicine wise
