Sorry to hear you are having a hard time lovely.
Firstly we would advise that you call your provider and get a nutritional or nurse call in today so they can assess your level of hydration and intake and advise you individually
Until the swelling starts to settle, which allows more room for fluids, this can be expected i’m afraid. Try making some ice cubes with protein water, sucking on ice lollies and remembering to sip real slow almost continuously. Try warm drinks too, peppermint/ginger tea, warm cordial to see if these go down any easier. Hydration is key. Then increase your soups/shakes really slowly. If the nausea continuous you may need to speak with your doctor to get some anti nausea medication.
