Sorry you are going through such a symptoms, pain so intense is not expected

You really need to contact your provider regarding pain like what you are experiencing.   Do you have an emergency number that you could contact??   at least whoever is on the emergency line could liaise with your surgeon.  The number we have if it is THG is 0121 445 7525

Do let us know how your getting on – if you feel this is an emergency you must call 999 for medical assistance as it could be something else none surgery related – gall stones etc.

Maybe try going back to fluids to see does this help incase you have some irritation to the stomach?  xx
