Definitely no eating and drinking for me. I’m trying to leave a min of 15 mins between drinking and eating in order to get some food into me, and a minimum of 40 mins afterwards or I will be sick, even a sip can cause me lose my meal 😔

 

I’m nowhere near my protein targets unfortunately. I have bought numerous flavoured protein powders but I’m yet to find one that tastes nice.

I will contact Transform in the morning. I do have an appointment for 10 June which was the soonest they could offer. Hopefully they can squeeze me in 🤞
