Rather than meals I prefer to snack whilst on nights so I will have chicken/crab sticks/boiled eggs/ chorizo and cheese protien snack pots/ high protien yoghurts or some tropical granola. I drink a lot of tea or coffee. If I’m in a day off I’ll have a bit of whatever I make kids for tea like stirfry or roast dinner or lasagne etc. Some say that I will stay as I am now. I am happy but as still classed as obese I would really like to try and shift this last couple of stone. Do you think it’s possible
