Now I have stopped snacking completely and thank goodness I rarely drink so cutting that out isn’t a huge deal for me. Lindor chocolates are my downfall and they go down easily. We had bags and bags of them from Christmas, I fact the chocolate that’s were still in my house from then is ridiculous and I had been eating them. So I threw them all away. Today’s been good. I’ve had healthy meals, no snacks and I feel perfectly satisfied. Just goes to show when I was eating it had nothing to do with hunger and everything to do with mindset. I’ll keep you posted. xxxx
