Awwwwww thank you, but it’s true. I remember the night before my surgery posting on here while I was lying in a bed at the Hilton just outside Birmingham airport with my upgraded view of the runway 😂😂😂😂😂 feeling so unsure about the surgery. I cried to my husband all night and on the phone to my mum I just wanted to get back onto that plane to Belfast. I wasn’t ready for this. That was the fear of the unknown. I got to the hospital at 7am and next thing I knew I was in surgery and because the nurses and surgeons are so amazing and upbeat, genuinely excited for your journey you are too. This is the tough part now. The horrible pre op diet and the waiting. Once this part is over it will be easier. You’ll moan ALOT but it’s definitely easier xxx
