Post op you definitely become a cheap date thats for sure…. Little portions really are the future..!!  without surgery tho it is so hard to eat small as hungry more often takes over.

Love that you are rockin out in your skinnies…!!  they really are a must to any wardrobe and the one piece of clothing I really do recommend to my patients to keep on top of.  Primark specials £10 or there abouts, it really is a must.
