Lou if you can maintain a healthy 2lbs weight loss a week you are onto a winner.  There are so many more benefits of having a slower weight loss too (try telling our minds this though haha)   10lbs.. wow isn’t that a limb haha

Don’t forget weight loss at the start maybe a little more, naturally, but hopefully will start to steady off xx
