I was just thinking about you Anna. Welcome to the club. My top protein tip is to add skimmed milk powder to cup a soups. The cup a soup has no nutritional value at all but they didn’t taste bad and was about the only thing I could keep down. When I could start to tolerate other things I still added the skim milk powder as it got me to the recommended amount without trying to get food into me that was making me feel worse. Protein water is good too. I got that tip on here. You can buy it from my protein. I also bought a metal drink bottle that you couldn’t see through, filled it with ice and sugar free mango and orange cordial, it always stayed cold and constantly sipped from it. I couldn’t see the amount that was in it and before I knew it it was gone. When I was trying the same from a glass it was never ending and I’d get so mad with myself.
