Hi Anna I buy the protein water powder which has 20g in and I would sip that throughout the day to boost the protein because the milky drinks can get sickly. Also soya milk has higher protein then normal milk which I have with shakes and you can also add Marvel milk powder to shakes and tea and coffee. I still struggle now with getting full 60g and I know I’m still not drinking enough which is difficult because you feel full so quickly. Hope this helps xx
