What a lovely post Lou – will be an inspiration I’m sure to many of our newbies.

You are so right – we are all too hard on ourselves and it’s time to be kind.

Theres always odd weeks where the weight might not budge and that’s ok   Look at the overall picture. Your Dietitian should be able to tell you your percentage weight loss in terms of excess weight and focus on that. Take it one step at a time and if you have a bad week just forget it and move forward xx
