Morning all,

well it’s 5.05am and I am currently lying on my bed in the Hilton at Birmingham airport. They thoughtfully and with much excitement upgraded me to a room with a view, of the runway!!!! Stop laughing… but it cheered me right up last night. Flight over was simple and got checked in and suddenly for a good hour I sobbed my heart out. I have no idea why. OH didn’t know what to do with me. I didn’t know what the heck was wrong. I’ve been awake for about two hours now. Waiting for the alarm to go off in about ten minutes. I feel good this morning. Excited. Still got the cold but it hasn’t went to my chest. It doesn’t seem as bad either. Having just taken a good look at myself in the mirror I now see why I “need” this done. I’m killing myself the way I am. I check in for 7. I haven’t met the surgeon yet… has anyone else had him? Mr Nijjar. I think that’s how you spell it. 48 hours and hopefully I’ll be winging my way back to good old Northern Ireland with it all done. Thank you so much for the support. You’ve no idea how much it means to me. xo
