Well done you and welcome to the site, good to have you onboard. Glad to hear all is going to plan post op and you’re getting your head around the changes so well in regards to the food portions. The protein water is a great way to get your protein levels up, which is so important early post op with the healing too. Little sips often, leaving 20 seconds in between is key
