I can’t physically fit any veg in with it. Been trying salad which is ok but when I eat anything like meat I just feel like it’s full to my throat. I’m making a creamy garlic chicken from pinch of nom book today and having that with cauliflower rice to see if that’s any easier to take. I can manage 1 weetabix for breakfast. And do have little fruit salads with raspberries and blueberries etc to snack on. My weight loss overall is a lot less than I imagined. I used to lose weight faster on shake diets and I was taking in more than I am now. I guess I’m just feeling really down. Things can only get better I guess
