Fab…..How are your wounds…??? I would only consider submerging them in water (especially swimming baths water..!!) once you are scab free and your wounds are smooth to touch…(minimising any risks of infection)… If they are you can get in the water and start to get moving…. I wouldn’t be planning on swimming the English Channel just yet but you can get moving, listen to your body and just take things easy, it may be that you just start off walking in the water, which can be very effective. Any pains or discomfort you need to slow things down for sure. 2 weeks in is still very early in the healing and you don’t want to cause any delays in healing.
Good for you wanting to get up and going, you are going to have a great weight loss journey with this motivation, and of cause working with exercise from the off is great for the skin and toning 🙂
