haha Pat we do feel your pain don’t you worry, you are not alone..!!!!
Having the kids or grandkids around can really knock you off track. Lets think positive and get ready to refocus next week…. even drop that stone in 12 weeks for Christmas..?? Achievable goals and small steps are the way forward….
Enjoy the last few days with the grandkids… precious moments for sure and hopefully the sun graces us with its presence soon..!!! xx
