Pear and Apple Crunch



Serves 2


1 Apple
1 Pear
! small tub of fat free Greek Yoghurt
Sprinkle of Granola
Handful or raspberries


  1. Take 2 small wine glasses and put the chopped pear in the bottom
  2. layer over a little of the yoghurt
  3. Next add the chopped apple
  4. Layer over a little more yoghurt
  5. Sprinkle a little granola over the top
  6. Puree the raspberries and drizzle across the top
