Lemon and herb tuna steaks

Tuna Steaks dont need to be plain and boring

Serves: 2


  • 1 large tuna steak
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of mixed dried herbs
  • Spray oil


  1. Lightly spray a griddle pan with oil
  2. Add the tuna steak and cook the bottom side for a few mins
  3. Turnover and sprinkle with the herbs lemon juice and black pepper
  4. Cook till the fish is cooked through
  5. Serve on a bed of fresh, green salad and a few new potatoes if desired
