Lemon and herb tuna steaks
Tuna Steaks dont need to be plain and boring
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 large tuna steak
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of mixed dried herbs
- Spray oil
Method
- Lightly spray a griddle pan with oil
- Add the tuna steak and cook the bottom side for a few mins
- Turnover and sprinkle with the herbs lemon juice and black pepper
- Cook till the fish is cooked through
- Serve on a bed of fresh, green salad and a few new potatoes if desired
