Now I know...!!!!!! So easy and delicious you need to give these a try

Literally mash a banana, with an egg and a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter and Boom
Spray your frying pan with some oil and medium fry till brown - flip and eat...!!!!

Banana - Rich in Potassium - good for the heart
Eggs - Protein & essential vitamins and minerals
Peanut butter - Protein, Fibre, Folate and monounsaturated fats

If your looking for a healthy drizzle why not try Maple syrup and a garnish of fresh fruit.

Every day can be Pancake Tuesday with this healthy and delicious option.
