So woke up to 4 sad looking, un-loved and un-eaten bananas today in the fruit bowl. so made a little banana loaf, having watched a few cookery shows lately thought would try a little banana & caramel sauce and threw a little spun sugar lattice on for the hell of it 
….. The making of the caramel was a little fun to say the least, and little TOP TIP – don’t try licking the spoon AT ANY GIVEN TIME..!!! A small portion and plenty of exercise today to make up for it
