Batching Brilliance on a Budget

Perfect portions - check out this impressive batch off.....  What Sundays are all about ðŸ˜Š

 

This week i have meal prepped. Usualy i say i will and buy the stuff and make as i go and it all goes out the window. But im so glad i have done this today. And so much cheaper. All i used was

  • Mini chicken flillets 1 pack
  • 1 lettuce
  • tomatoes 2
  • 1 pack of garlic and roast tomato reduced fat and sugar cous cous
  • Lemon x1
  • Lime x1
  • And 1 half small pot of low fat hummous i have also done breakfast prep low fat and sugar natural nutty granola, 2 strawberries, 1 banana, hand full of blueberries and 4 rasberries in each and will add low fat greek yoghurt on the day.
  • I have also made a slow cooker pan of stew for 2 nights teas. I think ovèrhall a full 5 days has cost me only about £12-£15 pounds. Costs more for a starbucks toastie and coffee. I will deffinately keep this up. And hopefully this will give me the weightloss kick I need ðŸ˜Š
