5 Point Plan
1 - Meals should now be viewed as fuel for your body - nutritious and satisfying
2 - Your meals should contain a mix of carbs, protein and veg to ensure they are balanced
3 - Your main meal should fit on our BandBoozled plate - half of your plate should be protein foods
4 - Don't forget calcium intake - low fat milk, yoghurts, cheese etc
5 - Have around 2 litres fluid daily (more if the weather is hot or when exercising)
